So far the HRRR is too dry south of I-70. Very happy for the rain. Things are so dry that our soil moisture numbers haven't budged even in southern Maryland where nearly an inch of rain has fallen.
It's intensely demoralizing to realize we're likely staring yet another dead ratter winter in the face. I haven't hit climo snowfall in almost a decade.
Radar would suggest light rain in northwest Baltimore County, but the ground remains dry. Starting to wonder if this post frontal rain is going to be a bust.
