  1. Hey Don, this one if flying under the radar. Would be interesting if this minor event can help CPK avoid the record. Would be funny though it it ends up JUST South.
  2. For those into the CPK record, this could be the chance to avoid.
  3. Even though it will be south of me, it would be real cool to watch transpire.
  4. If this transpires it will put records in perspective, since CPK will be North of the band.
  5. Nice improvement on the GEFS. Low forms off southern NJ then slides due east while intensifying. Verbatim NJ gets crushed.
  6. NAM getting a little closer. Can CPK eak out a few tenths of an inch?
  7. Thanks for this. Although less amped, happy it does not look like the GFS.
  8. If the record is broken, it must be the tightest record spread in history.
  9. We are going from over amped to weak. Wonder if the big storm in a few days later.
  10. Almost a perfect miller B solution on the GEFS. Way south and east of the 6z GEFS.
  11. Maybe the little clipper can get CPK another 0.5 inches.
  12. 21 inches in Boston in the last 24 hours?
  13. 100% agreed! What got me going was the post from the other forum which put too much emphasis on the SER. In reality it's la Nina being la Nina.
  14. So I think we are on the same page WRT the SER, it's not overwhelming the pattern or causing the cutters this year. It's the typical la Nina forcing.
  15. Yup and the SER is an overall response to a overall coupled La Nina, not a permanent feature.
  16. Yeah GFS was way off on this storm for them.
