1/25 --- T '22 - '23 Season total - T

Flipped to rain while on the NCR trail. Got about 50 minutes of snow, will be grateful for at least that.

Gonna grab the dogs and hit the NCR trail and enjoy this while I can.

my first winter here was '09//'10 so...the bar got set VERY high lol.

this is literally how I used to view and talk about snow when I lived in Memphis, TN from 1998 - 2009. So...yeah. It literally is just like that lol.

Just enjoying ever minute I can grab before it flips.

33 minutes of legit discernable snow now. Mulchy areas are dusted. Nice to see it can still snow.

Virga has been SO persistent here since i moved up this way. Feels like it is snowing 1000 feet up forever before we get it to the ground. At least I got five minutes worth today. Will see how long it tries to snow.

11:29 am the snow drought is over for my house in Monkton. Legit light snow. I will record a "T" today finally.

I think two work items are gonna make it impossible. Will just hope to get five minutes here at the house before it rains.

How far north would I hypothetically have to go to actually see some snow? North of York? All the way to Harrisburg?

Not for nothing, but re: the Feb 1 - 10 "window" - let's just go ahead and cash in early, middle and late on that. None of this catch it at the end, stuff. Let's just bring home all the chances. We deserve it.

I grew up in Cincinnati until 7th grade and then central Ohio until college and then back to cincinnati for a few years after college. Never stopped rooting for them. DirecTV for every game since 1996. Been a long time coming, for days this good as a fan.

And, seriously, the hardest game potentially was last week. I HATED having to play the Ravens and that D and running game again. Every time, like going for a root canal, playing the Ravens.

Mahomes' knee such a wild card. The Chiefs irritation at the Bengals having won last 3 over them including AFC title last year a wild card. Bengals' o-line health a wild card. Game opened as a pick'em I think. Feels right. No idea what to expect but happy to root for a team that no one should be taking lightly anymore. Been a long long time coming. 10 playoff wins in franchise history - 5 of those in the last two years. Just feels different now...for good reason. God bless backing into Burrow three years ago...
