  1. Yeah surprisingly stacking up now. Close to 2” right on the water and coming down nicely. Roads are getting messy
  2. Woof, rough one for the mets on this one. Looks like a shredded mess. HRRR ftw
  3. 00z GFS is cold and very active throughout the run. Good times ahead!
  4. Sadly there will not be a foot in Boston. At least at Logan. Sticking now but ratio wise it's terrible.
  5. Under the sweet band in Eastie but really not sticking. Car tops are starting to get it but once again, surface temps are killing the coastline. Looks like a March snowfall out there.
  6. Don't think you want it too strong Jimmy. The stronger the storm, the more amped it will be likely. You're sitting pretty right now. Would probably want it a few degrees colder at the onset so when it does wetbulb down, you're not seeing white rain for hours.
  7. Shame this thing is hauling ass. This thing is juiced and could be dropping prolific amounts if it wasn't in a fast flow and slowed down for an extra 6-12 hours. After the last debacle on the immediate coast on Monday, I'll be fully satisfied with 6"-8".
  8. Yeah we aren't very liked in the MA forum. Really, all the other forums too (PHL and especially NYC). There is some kind of cult like weird following from other regional posters about anything BOS when it comes to snow, especially if it's a EMass special storm. They're always comparing and keeping up to date with what BOS is forecasted and the final total. Think the run in 2015 was the final nail in the coffin in terms of everyone outside of NE hating NE and BOS.
  9. You'll emerge in late March to a deep pack and cashing in on some elevation dependent storm while we 40 and rain south of the Whites. We'll enjoy this one, then be more jealous.
  10. Euro most def will. Time for Phin to close the shades on this one.
  11. What's left? UK which was amped and juicy at 12z and the Euro which was still trending NW at 18z?
  12. This is why I gave up posting pics and video's here.
  13. Uncle who lives in Bridgewater, NJ says he has over 2 feet and he's normally very conservative. Thinks it's going all night but I'm not sure if that's changed for them. Def a top 10 for that entire sub-forum. Probably top 3 for places where the axis of heaviest precip ends up being
  14. Boston is cooked I think. At least by the water and where they measure.
  15. Yep, pouring here. Changeover seems to be making its way inland. If it doesn't change back BOS will end up with less than an inch for this whole thing.
  16. TWC has under 3" inside 95 and only about 2" for Boston with a complete changeover to rain. That's an insane margin between them and the NWS.
  17. NBC10 not impressed with the storm. Has BOS 3-6 and their max zones west of 495 have 9-12 but stated probably closer to 9. This is an EPA/NJ/NYC storm. Almost all the models tonight have juiced them up to 18-24+ while lowering EMass/Boston to under 6". Might be too early but I think the writing is one the wall with this one. Congrats Tri-State area.
  18. 5" total here. What was Logan's final report?
  19. 3.5” here right on the Harbor. Was only expecting maybe an inch of mainly white rain. Its fluffy stuff too
  20. That's it, just another 10 days. What could possibly go wrong?
  21. Where's the latest snow update from Harwich? Exciting times.
  22. Broke the NYC all-time record for single snowstorm thanks to that fat 300 mile long band. I remember the Jeff Beradelli write-up after the storm basically explaining and emphasizing that band is what justified the Central Park measurement when many were questioning it.
  23. Hopefully it stays a juiced system if it's going to keep showing up and teasing us.
