    Yep-ended with a bang, but that was it-winter was over by 3/1 although there were big storms they were just all rain no cold air left that year

    It's amazing how quickly a pattern can change. Not even 6 weeks earlier, we were wrapping up a very cold and snowy February. Almost like what we have this year.

    I wasn't in Methuen, then....I got 31" in Wilmington using the 6-hour clear method, but peak depth was 25", which is the total that they went with.

    Since you're active i wanted to ask what was your final for March 13 2018, i thought you said 31 but the PNS has 28.3

    Also, there was 2/9-10/1973 and 3/24/1983 in large parts of the SE. Regardless of snow or not, the relatively predictable thing about strong El Niños is their tendency to be wet Nov-Mar in most of the SE.
