TODAY...CLOUDY WITH SNOW FLURRIES THIS MORNING. SNOW AT TIMES THIS

AFTERNOON. SNOW ACCUMULATION 1 TO 3 INCHES. BECOMING WINDY. NORTH

WIND 10 TO 15 MPH INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON.

TEMPERATURES NEAR 30.

.TONIGHT...WINDY. MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SNOW SHOWERS ENDING IN THE

EVENING BECOMING PARTLY CLOUDY. LOWS 15 TO 25. NORTH WIND 20 TO 30

MPH DECREASING TO 10 TO 15 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT.

.TUESDAY...SUNNY AND COLD. HIGHS IN THE MID 20S TO LOWER 30S. NORTH

WIND TO 10 MPH.

I'm just going through some metars out west, and man there is some brutal cold out there. Look at Seattle's AFD.

THIS IS A RARE EVENT FOR NOVEMBER.

AT SEA-TAC THERE HAVE ONLY BEEN 14 DAYS IN THE HISTORY OF THE

AIRPORT WEATHER RECORDS...WHICH GO BACK TO 1945...WHERE THE HIGH HAS

BEEN 32 DEGREES OR LESS IN NOVEMBER...NOVEMBER 12-17 1955...NOVEMBER

21-24 AND 28-30 1985 AND NOVEMBER 28TH 2006.

Billings MT is -9F right now.
