I think the mix first moves along route 119 before anywhere. That’s the way it was modeled and starting to see that a little on radar. Connellsville was all snow still at last report.

Snow growth isnt great but its still snow and extremely heavy.

i measured some spots in the backyard that have 4". I also measured some spots at about 7"  

 

My parents in Youngstown are measuring about 9-10" already

Update here. Haven't measured but looks like at least 9 inches so far. Maybe 10-12?

It’s a little windier than I would have thought. Seen 30+ gusts reported in some places and a bunch of 20+.

Might be one of the reasons why the flakes have been a little smaller, but still extremely efficient.

Just shoveled and snow was to the top of my porch step  measured that and it's about 8".  In the city (southern part).

Am I seeing it wrong or are the returns pretty light back into Zanesville?

I feel like we have a nice spread of regular posters around the area. But if we plotted them, I’d say probably a few more city and points south compared to other directions. 
 

As others have said - great to have this sub forum back to what it’s been in the past.

if you are trying to use the radar out of KPIT you will see lighter precip because of the distance. If you use a composite, there is plenty of snow falling in Zanesville

Any mix keeps having a hard time getting NE of central Washington for the time being. @Rdd9108 @PaulTarsus we most likely stay all snow with this.
 

I noticed the yellows and reds kind of faded off as that part of the precip moved into Allegheny County. Just got heavy snow out of it but no sleet thankfully.
