mattie g
I suppose this was 0.5" but it may have been closer to 0.75" as the snow shut off...I just wasn't awake for it. When you're snow starved, you gotta parse the details!

I was telling my wife this morning that with our winters here, we just never know. And that I've experienced winters where we get nothing in December, January, and February... and just when everybody is ready for spring, it snows in March.

87storms
Decided to get some action in today via hiking a section of the AT to Weverton Cliffs (which is basically an overlook along the AT). Probably did about 3-4 miles total as I ended up going past Weverton (which is at ~800 ft) up the AT for about a mile or so to see where things level off (got up to about 1200 ft). Was admittingly nice to see some snow on the ground. Wasn't too cold out either with light wind and a mixed bag of veiled sun/clear skies.

87storms
I personally have still not witnessed any actual snow falling this winter.I’ve seen non-accumulating snow falling once and 2 Jeep toppers, one occurring overnight. You haven’t missed much.
