It's actually heading into better mid level lapse rates. And there is cooling aloft. Wonder how far it makes it.

Yeah, though a few of those storms in WNE are probably approaching borderline severe? Looks like another sub-severe event, though I wouldnt rule out western areas.

I'm no expert, but it seems as though the line caught up with its own outflow, coming out of the lowlands of the hrv there's a bit more lift and aided in increased dbz

Or maybe it was a proximity to radar illusion? :D
