They need to go back to using New Haven for measuring snowfall.  The same place that recorded the historic 44" in the Blizzard of 1888!  It would be a good proxy for the central part of the North Shore of Long Island too.

What's so special about Bridgeport anyway? I heard it's a dump.

Hope it picks back up, but mehhhh. 

Ended up with roughly 4" after those bands came through later in the night.  Ensured at least a respectable event for me after I was sure it'd be a dud early Saturday evening!
