The wxsim is printing out a low in the AM here in NW Chesco of -0.1 (I have only recorded one such day here in the 10 years at this location) - the current record for Chester County tomorrow AM is +1 from 1981 - today's record is -4 set way back in 1904

Tonight will be interesting, no radiational cooling apparently, all cold air advection.

That was the fastest I've ever seen 7/8" of snow melt in one day. Unbelievable. We looked like buffalo yesterday morning now this morning there wasn't one patch left on the grass. Now comes the epic freeze tonight. 37 right now on the way down.

I was amazed when I woke up...it was our version of the Chinook wind.

Dude this morning at 5 it felt like the tropics were dropped right on us, it was 62 overnight way exceeded my thoughts.

Current Temp in NW Chesco down to 25.8
wind increasing and cold air advection ramping up temp down 1.1 degree in last 20 minutes - a few snow showers flying with this additional push of arctic air - Wxsim now shows a low of 2.4 at 4:20am and then rising slowly from there to a high of 10.1 just before midnight tomorrow night. Most of the day remaining below 7.5 degrees
