  1. Same here, the edge of the rain came within a few miles of Greenfield and then just fell apart.
  2. 87F for the high here so far. Man, those storms are just parked over the southeast corner of VT. We jelly.
  3. Download the “picture this” app, you can take a picture of a leaf and it will identify any plant. It is awesome! The free version eventually has a pop-up add that you just have to close to get to the main screen. I may eventually get the paid app because I use it so often and it lets you save all of your samples.
  4. 85/65 here. Heading to Laurel Lake soon.
  5. Yup same here and I’m noticing we’re getting into firework season. If we stay dry it should be an interesting Fourth of July week. Brush fires everywhere.
  6. The soil here is like talcum powder at this point. My farmer friends are constantly irrigating.
  7. Humidity sucks for me and I know it’s coming but the desert dry is one of my favorite types of weather. I guess it’s not that much different from me liking below zero temperatures even if we are not getting snow.
  8. Damn, 90 in downtown Greenfield! Nice, dry, baking heat though.
  9. Quintessential summer day! 82/60 Not sure where the humidity is hiding today but it’s not in the upper valley right now.
  10. Still full fog/overcast here 65F
  11. 75/50, doesn’t really get any better than that.
  12. I think the deep interior is going to bake for a week starting tomorrow. I wanted to replace one of our air conditioners so I went to Home Depot looked around and they didn’t really have many. I asked one of the guys on the floor if they had sold a lot of air conditioners this year and he said no. I asked him where the air conditioners were and he said they just don’t have many. That’s a good policy heading into summer.
  13. You’ll be warmer than 70’s. I could see downtowns of Gardner and Leominster tickling 90.
  14. Thursday onward Box has 5 straight days aoa 90° here, that’s legit heat wave. If it verifies.
  15. 90’s seem inevitable out here so I’ll just embrace it and prolly install this week.
  16. Deep interior should get at least 2 or 3 days aoa 90 end of the week. We take, as long as humidity is low.
  17. They are both nightshades and definitely prefer it warm. My tomatoes in buckets are doing well, in the ground ones not as much. Long range still looks dry.
  18. Low of 50F this morning. Pretty cool for mid-June. Pepper and tomato plants would like it a bit warmer. 60/50 atm.
  19. Yeah it looks like a back and forth pattern. It does look dry though. Water restrictions coming in the next week or two I bet.
  20. Got down to 41 at my house this morning. Had to close the windows last night.
  21. 47/37 now. Tomorrow morning will be my coldest reading until late August or early September I bet.
  22. 49/37. Chilly for June. Pattern looks dry. I'm going to make a soaker out of an old 75' garden hose tomorrow. Fruit trees want water.
