    Amazing stuff! 30" plus is extremely rare so cherish! My only one was January 2005 in Cambridge. (33"-34")

    I’m still about 8” under seasonal average in Greenfield. Need another storm or three!

    A lot of places are just waking up to carnage tomorrow morning. There has to be a slew of school cancellations, etc. What a storm, especially considering everybody was writing it off four days out.

    If it makes you feel better, the 3”-4” of sand here may have compressed the pack enough to give me a net loss of otg snow.

    I was just thinking about Providence and all of the hills and narrow streets in certain neighborhoods. They will be shut down for several days.

    You just have to ignore what others got east of you because getting a foot? that’s a respectable storm. Double digit storms have been few and far between past bunch of years.

    How powdery is the snow there? That’s obviously gonna be the big difference for some areas.

    I was just telling my wife how I’m jealous of the event for eastern areas, but not really the aftermath. It’s gonna be a tough week for areas that got 20”-30”.

    I thought you guys into S NH would’ve done better. I was also a little surprised Hartford to Springfield didn’t do a little bit better.

    They were all sorts of red flags for lots of areas, but people tend to ignore such things. Still a great storm for most of Eastern 1/3 of MA.

    I don’t think this band is gonna stop and pose for a picture. It’s gonna be in and out of any given area in about 30 minutes. I should’ve waited a little longer though because I just got the driveway down to pavement and now it’s finally snowing moderately again.
