    Another burst of moderate with graupel mixed in. Pavement coated up again. Probably finish with about 1.25” 31° Over performer.

    Well, that was some of the hardest rainfall I’ve ever seen. About .80” in 20 minutes.

    But you're not surprised, right? A week ago I said the 60's (to low 70's) we had two weeks ago, were the highest temps until Memorial Day. Just pray for sunny days, is the best you can do.

    My brother just lost one of his Golden’s suddenly this morning. Diagnosed with heart swelling yesterday gone today. Only 9 years old.

    Wow, that is an impressive pack! Vermont mountains are way ahead of New Hampshire and Maine this year. I went through Crawford Notch this weekend and was not impressed by the amount of snow.

    The pack was brutalized from the warm-up two weeks ago. Did some hiking and most of the lower elevation woods are 3”-6” with lots of bare ground, I didn’t ski this weekend, but went by Wildcat and Attitash and it didn’t look great. The 4”-6”today was definitely a much-needed refresher.
