    @The 4 Seasons going with 21" for my spot at Lava Lake (59.5" for the season so far, and above climo). Best I could do, combining what I saw at 8am combined with some of the totals I see noted in the public info statement. Oh, and that 36mph high wind recorded at Danielson Airport (which is less than 5 miles away)... there's no way that I didn't get gusts off the lake of at least 45-50mph.

    Well if you go to the NWS point and click snowfall map there's a 3" reading from Pomfret this morning at around 10:30. And there's a reading of 12" just to the left. These are about 5 miles from me.

    hopefully they know how to take proper measurements in wind, becuase I don't. I had spots that didnt have any more than an inch from the beginning of the storm through its end. Tops of our cars had almost no snow on them for the entire storm. No idea how you measure and account for that kind of stuff. I fear that some of those readings tomorrow will say 8 or 10 inches, which is probably not a good representation of what really happened.

    I don't really know what my total was. At about 8am it was 13 or so inches, but the snow and wind continued, with the wind being relentless. I tried measuring later but it did no good since most of the snow kept blowing and piling up where the wind blew it. I keep looking for updated public info statements but they all seem to be from this morning.

    Nah. Not really. But thanks for your concern. Waste and corruption compared to a guy whinning about snow is just as llaughable.

    Hammer has been full throttle since the storm started last night here at Lava Lake since. Been out already to clear the driveway once. I have no idea how much has fallen since the wind of the lake has been relentless, If I could post a video I would. Maybe i will do it through Youtube later.

    Should be pretty easy. Been that way for like the last 4 seasons.

    With the longevity of snow on the ground this season it’s hard to believe that I will be shy of climo by 10-12 inches. (Unless something big breaks one last time which is doubtful)

    Manchester barely had a dusting. That surprised me when I got to work. I thought for sure there would be more here.

    Yeah. My daughter says it’s coming down good still in. Bristol. She didn’t go out and measure. Did the ole’ window guesstimate at a “few inches”

    @The 4 Seasons Still snowing lightly here but I’m gonna wrap it up with 6.5” in Dayville for this event. 36” for the season so far.

    Wind has picked up. Snow still steady. But taking a decent measurement will be tough
