  1. Currently -1.0/-11.5 with clouds and an occasional flurry whipping by. Wind WSW at 9 for a wind chill of -16 degrees. Low was -2.4 degrees back at 4:45 am, temp rose a bit when clouds filled back in from the west. Highest wind here was 40 mph.
  2. At 11:30 pm -1.3/-13.4 winds W at 16 gusting to 28. WC ranging from -21 to -26 I'm a bit concerned that the DP continues to fall.... Edit- 1st time below zero since 1/08/2018
  3. Currently 2.8/-10.7 here, chilly! Edit, winds 13 gusting to 23 still, giving a WC of -14 to -20
  4. X's 2?? lol 12/16 0.2 12/22 0.1 Total 0.3
  5. Right at 32.0 here after a bit of snow/sleet to cover the ground then freezing rain and sleet to beat it down. Still a few pingers mixed in with the 95% rain/freezing rain here and 32.0/31.4 at 9:20. Icy!
  6. Currently 31.3/23.2 here, so SHOULD meet about 29 degrees here once things get going.
  7. More like a 5 degree drop, but definitely works. I've learned over the years that THE MINIMUM you should go with when meeting temp to DP is 3 DP's up for each degree down in temp. That has saved a lot of heartache over the years.
  8. Flurries here off and on since about midnight. Just covering decks and cars, etc. 31.4/20.7
  9. Not Lifebouy! That stuff makes you go blind! Sorry about the incident Mappy. Her saying that instantly took me to that most favorite of all Christmas movies, A Christmas Story. Glad it wasn't any worse than it was.
  10. On the board...sorta, but sleet counts, right? 12/16 0.2
  11. I'd just run with it and pull the 'ol slant stick out...
  12. LOL, well, hold your horses. I just looked out and it is POURING sleet, already a thin white coating on everything. Temp 32.7/31.6.
  13. 32.8/31.6 and just rain here, close but no cigar. Fine with me, I have no desire for FRN. Sleet and snow? Oh yeah, absolutely.
  14. Sadly 'failure mode' outnumbers 'win mode' about 95 to 5 on 100 chances. And that is being generous.
  15. I'd go with that, around 6" fell out this way if memory serves me well.
  16. What sun?? I can hardly see 200 feet in front of me here from the fog.
  17. Temp rose after midnight to current 45 degrees, still 8 off forecast and that is going outside the forecast period.... lol. Rain and fog here.
  18. After a morning at 37, temps warmed all the way to 41 with rain most of the day. A 'slight' off by NWS calling for a 53 high... Currently 40.8/40.2 and rain/fog.
  19. Yep. On vacation starting Monday, that is on the 'list' to get done. HOPEFULLY for the last time.
