    Was 13.6 at 7 am CoCoRaHS reading, still falling slightly, 12.2 degrees at 8:20 am.

    And it would have been MUCH better to kick for one. The decision to go for 2 earlier came back to bite. Dumb idea to go for that 2 earlier IMO.

    LOL, snow and SUN at the same time now. 32.0/31.1. Still waiting for an accumulation.

    LOL, just went all snow here 25-30 minutes ago. Pulled the gauge, 0.24 liquid wasted on rain and white rain. Oh well. Lets see if I can get an inch out of what is left. Down to 32.8/30.0 after running 33.4-34.0 all morning and early afternoon with rain and white rain going back and forth.

    Yes to all this. I could go dig posts up, but have said from beginning this was a 2/4 event with a 3/6 potential, MAYBE a jackpot 7 somewhere for y'all northern folks. Still 33 here, hung right at freezing overnight. Lost 25-30% of snowpack in last 24 hours after a small 'padder' yesterday morning, still have 2-4 OTG. I was never in the large numbers with this, still am not. Just gonna enjoy the snow/sleet that falls and watch the bare spots fill in again before we go super chilly.

    On the right side of the thermal boundary right now, lol. Light snow/sleet mix and 31.7/29.9, talking to mom 4 miles away and rain and 36 there. Supposed to warm to near 40/41 later, but interesting morning here.

    Temp rose from 25.5 at 2 am to 30.7 currently. Had a period of sleet and snow around 5 am, enough to measure (0.2) and make things slick this morning.

    Made it to 41.8 today under almost full sun. STILL 2-2.5 on the unplowed part of the driveway and 3-4.5 on the ground here at 5 pm. That is because 80% of what is left is sleet, and also why my SWE was still above 1 inch (1.05) on 3.5 OTG this morning on COCoRaHS report. Edit-already down to 31.7 at 6 pm.

    I'm thinking the same, a bit aggressive with 16/18 to 1 (although I did pull a 17 to 1 on last small system 2.2 on 0.13 liquid). 12/14 to 1 would be more than ideal. 2-4 in DC area and 3-6 with MAYBE a jackpot 7 or 7.5 in a couple of spots.

    19.4/10.6 currently and a few peaks of sun through the clouds. Had some flurries around 9 am. Waiting to see what we get later. Edit- as of this morning running a -7.2 for the month.

    Dropped to 10ish around 2-3 am, then temps climbed with cloud cover. Currently 13.9/9.0. High was 27.0.

    Forecast for overnight was 10. 9.2 was low. So, it was a win here. Currently 16.8/0.9 at 10:30 am.
