  1. Some models are by 7am and others hours later. Too early to say for sure.
  2. Didn't I say I thought it was a little more, even with those crummy maps? Being a weenie can be rewarding at times!
  3. Canadians stopped moving nw with their 6z runs and actually look a touch east from 0z.
  4. AI gets some precip into the area on the 24th, but we miss most of the qpf. After that, it has 2 or 3 coastals missing us to the south and east. But those are beyond even the AI's reliability.
  5. That's the 12hr total. But looking at the 6hr maps, I doubt if it's less and gut days a touch more?
  6. Euro operational may be the "superior" model, but that doesn't mean it always gives the superior forecast for any particularlocationat any particulartime. .
  7. There are even Ukie ensembles that go out 198hrs every 6 hours!
  8. I didn't get onto the internet until the following winter. I wish I was, but the modeling wasn't what it is now.
  9. Everybody in every forum, except for us, have been poo-pooing the Canadians. Now, the Gfs has joined the club. Euro will too, but not necessarily with this 6z run as it's usually quite obstinate.
  10. 6z GEM shifted east some. Qpf as snow: https://meteocentre.com/numerical-weather-prediction/precipitation-accumulation.php?lang=en&map=qc&run=06&mod=cmc_gdps&hi=000&hf=120&type=SN&mode=latest&yyyy=latest&mm=latest&dd=latest&capa_verif=off
  11. 6z GEM moved a bit south. Here's precip that falls as snow in mm. Multiply the mm number by .4 to get qpf in inches and don't forget to move the decimal point! https://meteocentre.com/numerical-weather-prediction/precipitation-accumulation.php?lang=en&map=qc&run=06&mod=cmc_gdps&hi=000&hf=120&type=SN&mode=latest&yyyy=latest&mm=latest&dd=latest&capa_verif=off
  12. A bit of good news for the non-NW folks. 6z GGEM has shifted south some. Here's the link to qpf that falls as snow. Remember to multiply mm times .4 to get qpf in inches. Don't forget to move the decimal point!!! https://meteocentre.com/numerical-weather-prediction/precipitation-accumulation.php?lang=en&map=qc&run=06&mod=cmc_gdps&hi=000&hf=120&type=SN&mode=latest&yyyy=latest&mm=latest&dd=latest&capa_verif=off
  13. I don't see it posted, so here's 0z EuroAI qpf.
