After last winter's LES dumpster fire....this is nice to see. This was last weekend in the U.P.

You can see the storm drying out in the snow sector everytime it moves west. A typical dry AF Midwest special.

Some Russian beet farmer probably let his annual field burn get too far out of control..... the moisture from that fire caused a butterfly effect that eventually wiped out our storm.

There are way too many ripples in the system to put any faith in analogs. It could be a +5 winter or -5.

There is yellow over my county. It has been one of the wettest August-September periods I have ever seen around here. Recorded 15 inches of rain since late July..

If things are that bad, don't you think a implementation of co2 capture and sequestration would be almost unavoidable? And if we could reduce co2 levels to 280 ppm, how soon would global temperatures start decreasing?
