  1. 1004mb to 959mb in 18hrs on the cmc. 144 to 162.
  2. Cmc looks better than the gfs. It's ejecting the southern stream at hr 120.
  3. Gotta love how the ICON has the southern stream in OK at the same time as the Gfs and Cmc have it in AZ. Only 1000 miles difference.
  4. Looking at the 500mb trends on the op Euro and Gfs, there's no reason for a se shift. It's the same setup with higher heights out in front if anything.
  5. This setup isn't messing around. We haven't had all major models showing a storm like this in the medium range in a long time.
  6. Pretty sure it's going to match with a few KU storms on the cips analog page. Pattern looks almost textbook. Not to say we can't get screwed.
  7. If you averaged the January 1966 and the February 1978 storms, you'd get the latest Gfs run.
  8. I'm visiting my folks in CT if the GFS verifies. That looks insane.
  9. I'd say it has a better handle on the 500mb pattern than the Gfs or CMC. It's at least looked kinda similar the last few runs.
  10. I'm rooting for the Ukmet/con 500mb setup and betting on the surface low traking further west.
  11. Had a very positively tilted troff at 120hrs. Somehow made a comeback despite the NS being really far east.
  12. The JMA is very similar to the GFS at 192hr. Maybe a little further OTS but same H5 setup.
  13. I guess we can just assume the Euro showed such a large HECS it crashed the server?
  14. Gfs is like a remake of the Blizzard of 78 where we actually get snow.
  15. That's a hall of fame fantasy run if extrapolated
  16. I'll take my chances with that setup. Just gotta negative tilt the troff and it's a Hecs.
  17. Getting some stickage on grass here.
  18. Potential for multiple events in the long range. Always good to have a backup plan.
  19. CC radar shows sleet moving into the southern part of the city. Going to be a sharp gradient between the Bronx and Staten Island.
  20. Loving the Gfs fantasy land setup
  21. The snow shield on the day 9 Euro storm extends from Omaha to the Gulf of Maine, roughly 1400 miles. Impressive for a single panel.
  22. The best I've ever seen the Gfs and euro agree day 10.
