    We've been tracking this thing for a week and we still have 96 hours to go before anything definitive. All during a holiday week. How sick are we?

    There's nothing better than that elusive 2-3 week period of deep winter. Constant tracking and sustained snow pack. There's nothing wrong with several consecutive moderate events.

    Euro remains considerably colder for the weekend against the GFS. Also negates any significant warm up after the cold shot.

    It has been frustrating however it looks like things could be lining up for a 2-3 week period after New Year's. Teleconnections look good. Hopefully things stay on track. Then it's just timing and luck as you know. EPO goes negative around 12/29 at the same time PNA goes positive. Also looks like AO head towards negative with a slightly negative NAO. Just give us a decent shot at a couple moderate events with a light event or 2 thrown in during January. That's all I ask for!

    This is the type of storm the it takes forever for the precipitation to get here. We still have breaks in the overcast.

    I don't have any real issues with him other than last year's AFC championship game. My only concern is how we fail to score at least 20 points against better teams. I know Tucker's misses didn't help but we struggled against Philly and Pittsburgh.

    Nothing changes coming off a bye. We're playing the worst team in football. All that is needed is to play disciplined fundamental football. I guess that's asking too much.
