Just something I noticed in the point and click. No WAY can this be correct..Thunderstorms with cold temps and an easterly wind? That’s rubbish, no? Thursday Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 3pm, then showers between 3pm and 5pm, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 5pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Patchy fog. High near 51. Northeast wind 11 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

This turned out to be at least a semi eventful day for a lot of folks and I think that’s great. I had absolutely zero expectations for my area today and it over delivered a bit..A nice start to May as someone posted earlier

Oh man the Midwest is getting killed tonight. I can’t ever recall 4 large confirmed tornadoes on the ground at the same time at night.. OMG

At least with this one we already know not to set expectations too high

I’ll defer to you of course and I didn’t measure it officially. I just eye balled it. If it was it couldn’t have been much more than that.. Or maybe the snow settled before I got out to look at it

Not for us poor saps in eastern NE lol. Haven’t had over 5 inches of snow in almost three years which is almost unprecedented for us.. The 80’s were lean too as I recall though

Man this sucks. We must be the only part of the country with nothing going on weather wise in the last couple of years.
