    MDT is 3 away from the record. A stretch that they make it with it being 3:15 already. Drastically under stated temps in zones over here this weekend. 5-10 too low both days.

    50 here this Am. Northern PA scoring in the rain department again. Below is precip over the last 30 days (including the ten days of preciup) for a couple stations.) Normal during this time would be about 4". Just listing some of the lesser for the LSV area to show how dry it has been for some. MDT and THV did a lot better. LNS-1.66 HGR-1.89

    UVA lost to a team that is full of guys who drink 6 days a week then stumble out to the football field to play a game so if PSU loses, I have nothing to laugh at.

    They topped at 77 per their 5 min readings. In case there was any confusion about my comment. Sometimes those 5 min readings round up or down so could be 76 or 78 as well.

    My wife wants some new knobs for our drawers, and they have what she wants so we are going to different Hobby Lobby's getting all of their stock. I checked the temp while moving but you are right if sitting still it raises. It was 81 in Emmittsburg when we passed through so today heated up to the south and west. 75 back in Rou, HGR made 78 and THV 77. WU has Hanover 76-78 right now. If tomorrow overachieves we could see some mid 80's over here.

    I am over by hobby lobby now and car therm 76. Defintely not low 70's though car therms are car therms. Not exact.

    Colder coming back next week but "Old Man Summer" is ruling the roost this weekend. Most LSV Sunday zones range between 77-80. Yuck.

    52 this AM. Do we see some 80's the next 2 days. Definitely a good chance tomorrow depending on clouds. The MDT record tomorrow of 85 seems to be a stretch to make. On this date it snowed .1" in 1930.

    Yea, property taxes are a big difference per municipality but here in PA my combined total is under 3K for taxes and insurance while in Florida, the former Ocala House, it is over 7K now. I have a larger house here. No beach within 1.5 hours though. 7K a year is close to a healthy $600 a month.
