I think birds in general are becoming aware we suck at winter so they stay late (Fall) and arrive early (Pre-March)....what a life. 31F/Mod unproductive snow

True. In all fairness every local outlet called for 1-3" which we received. It's the models putting us in the target zone at game time which failed is disappointing... 31F/Flakes

They had to overpay to be done w/diva Simmons and his lofty contract. Imagine having a salary of 35mil/yr and opt to stay home? I could hate everyone in the organization, people throwing rocks/hand grenades on my way to work and I'd still go. Correct and most people don't know this but is huge. Harden is only under contract though next season. My guess is if the Sixers don't win a championship this year or next they won't extend Harden which is great and move on since he'll be 35. Hell, they saved money this year fining Simmons more than 20mil for not attending practices, meetings and such.

I don't think there's a equivalent to Ashburn pegging the woman twice on back-back pitches although Feb 5 and 9th would be the closest I can think of also. Underproductive snow (doesn't stick to paved surfaces) is kinda like a foul HR in baseball. I wrote this in the Celts thread in the sports forum. He was solid super when Embiid needed a breather or took off a game off. He averaged almost 9 rebounds/gm coming off the bench, many offensive. That's solid. BUT we are done w/Simmons! He's someone else's problem now. Nets come to Philly 3/10..."soft" Ben will probably make a excuse not to play because he knows the fans will rip him a new one.
