Guidance keeps suggesting the potential for a multiday rain event starting next weekend sometime. Looks like a stationary front gets stuck between high pressure to the north and the Bermuda high offshore with waves running along it. But timing and the pattern uncertainty at range still exist of course.

WPC kept the slight risk for heavy rainfall right through the 95 corridor. Still seems like the metro corridor could be a relative minimum based on much of the guidance and the eastern shore would get more?

If I knew we were actually going to only be +1C for DJF, I'd be pretty bullish for snow. Perhaps even more so if you can wag that December makes up most of that + anomaly and JF are near normal or even a touch below. But that's all weenie-casting right now.
