That's what I was thinking, but spotter reports ended up a tick more than that. Wish I got my butt out of bed at 1130pm last night to measure.

I'll guess there is some support based on this: Probably follow-the-leader though so not sure how much to trust it. Verbatim the mean 850mb temp is above freezing, but I'm guessing that's probably based on spread with warmer members that take the system farther north.

Late spotter report about 1mi from my house for last night of 0.8”. I’ll take it!

Seems like a significant risk of a missed WSWarning for the northern zones.

My sister sent me a pic from north of Bel Air in Harford County. Looks like an easy 3”+. They might hit 5” or more I’d wager.
