    Had a brief heavy shower. Local PWS recorded 0 which is wrong. Another nearby had 0.1” which is probably right. Very muggy out

    Downright pleasant outside all of a sudden with a light breeze. Still pretty muggy, but feels decent.

    Some streams in/around EC are flash flooding. Haven't seen anything about downtown. Heaviest rain has been just downstream.

    PWSs just south of downtown EC reporting 4-6". Pretty sharp gradient right near there. 1-2mi to my east reporting 2-3". Only 1.15" IMBY.

    Yeah it’s a bit damp. Ggem much less as it gives a better push to the fall-like HP next week.

    There's 3 of these on the morning radar loop, all from locations I've previously seen. This one in Charles county, one near Havre de Grace in Harford County near the top of the Bay and a 3rd near Wilmington, DE. Again, I think it's swallow (possibly Purple Martin) colonies taking flight in the morning.
