  1. Not on my side of town. Grass is white and that's it. Maybe a 1/4". My guess is that spotter is east or north of town. When I left Kernstown (3 miles north) earlier there looked to be close to an inch on grassy surfaces and trees.
  2. Well, try being positive living in Stephens City.
  3. Snow has stopped here outside of a few flurries. Had about 10 minutes of moderate to heavy snow.
  4. Daytime. Going to take heavy rates. Snowing here now. Instant meltage on ground. Some slush on cars.
  5. Already above freezing here. Another nothingburger on tap. Fitting end to this winter.
  6. Mine was 48F and I'm already 52F. The temp always busts high here.
  7. I cannot find the mid Atlantic snow totals thread for '23-'24. Am I blind or just bad at searching?
  8. Not a single measurable snow for the month.
  9. Make sense, but trix is reporting heavy rain.
  10. WTH is causing that heavy band from martinsburg, frederick to Towson??
  11. The entire month of February and we got 0 snow here. Not one measurable event. What a disaster of a winter for this area. Unmitigated disaster.
  12. And another storm to our south. North, east, south, west, missing storms is what we do best.
  13. I hope not, I haven't finished shoveling the 8" the GFS gave us Sunday.
  14. There's absolutely no worse place to be. Urban centers at sea level next to water get way more snow than us.
  15. Idk about the rest, but certainly most. But cold is usually an issue with ninos and in our current state that spells trouble.
  16. We just missed a HECS a month ago. Our best winter ever (out here) was a Nina. A Nino is not the only path. Although pretty much every path leads to failure here.
  17. I dont want to burst your bubble, but we just had a Nino 2 years ago and we were barely able to record a below freezing overnight low. I think I got like 2".
  18. Same here. Cloudy, which I like, but that wind can GTFOH.
