  1. Even though the NWS hasn't lowered amounts yet, local Mets are starting to. Jason Boyer has, and Foothills weather network are about to as well.
  2. The storm in early January that busted they had me in 4 to 6. I got .75. The last storm a week ago was saved with that warm front band but they still forecasted more than what fell. It sucks being under a winter storm warning and having bare ground the next afternoon.
  3. Hi Res snow- not compete yet for northern areas
  4. Hi Res Nam has me going to rain. The low in TN Is still wreaking havoc
  5. Hi Res NAM sucks unless you have elevation or in VA
  6. I'm a little confused at this run too. I have .7 qpf and only 2.5 snow and 850s and 925s are good here too.
  7. 850s are colder but there's less precip for areas that are cold enough so far
  8. NAM is running a bit warmer than 18Z already
  9. It wasn't terrible but totals were generally overdone
  10. Expect the NAM to be super amped. SREFs are bad even for mountains
  11. Ouch. Figure it will come in even more amped
  12. Given their track record the last couple systems gotta lean false.
  13. The HRRR is trending north though. Let's see what the 00z run says
  14. Scrolling back in time there have been many threads started with the word threat or threats in them so I'm not the lone ranger, just saying!
  15. Hey now lets wait and see what happens first. I thought changing my profile pic may change mojo but alas..
  16. Looks like the Euro, lighter precip, more in the TN valley yet again
  17. If it was just that low pressure we would be in good shape. Its the low in the TN valley screwing us.
  18. Yep, that is screwing up everything and the hi res models are trending stronger and stronger with it
