    Don't kill the messenger. Just stating the facts. This was the worst SREF and NAM twin run for areas west of 77 since Monday.

    HI Res Nam even drier for western sections. Leeside shadow showing up again

    Snow map reflects the changes. I knew when the sref was drier the Nam wouldn't be as good.

    NAM is about .25 or so drier for most areas in western NC therefore less snow..

    Less moisture on SREF. Mean went from over half an inch in Hickory to about .35..

    the Hi Res Nam actually went down again on snow totals for leeside areas.

    May be in a precip minimum and could get only an inch or 2 but if you buy the NAM 2 to 4 inches seem a good bet.

    I like how the Euro is increasing qpf still. Heavier rates are better for everyone
