  1. Absolutely pouring. Not much thunder. He definitely missed a good one Luckily his lawn has been so dry, it will suck up all the rain like sponge.
  2. Nice day up here in QC. 75° for the high. Clouds rolled in late. Took a cruise on the St. Lawrence and rode the funicular up from the riverside.
  3. I think I’ve gotten 5 Tuesday night men’s league rounds in since the end of May and a similar number of Sunday mornings in. Couple the rain with our fours being closed for a week to host the state am and golf outings are down for me.
  4. In Quebec City for the weekend. Little bit of rain earlier but it lead to this. Multiple rainbows over the Chateau Frontenac.
  5. I did it! We finished the 9th in light rain around 7:30. Since then we’ve had almost an inch of rain. For the love of god, someone please make it stop!
  6. I just want it to be dry between 6:00 an 8:00 tomorrow evening so I can get 9 holes of golf in. Is that asking too much?
  7. You just follow the wrong type of severe. Flooding is the new hotness, jump on that train and you'll have endless opportunities this summer.
  8. You know, the more I look at these, especially January and February, the more they make the phrase “clown maps” come to life.
  9. He offered her a seat in an Adirondack chair.
  10. It wasn’t political with the ozone layer and we fixed that.
  11. Watch out, some young kid might accuse you of making an incorrect forecast.
  12. Has anyone ever seen Epstein and TBlizz together?
  13. The smells were pretty bad in places. Mold and mildew, wet carpet etc. it seems like businesses got the worst of it in Montpelier while people’s homes got it worse in Barre. The worst hit was the poorer part of town.
  14. Downtown Montpelier tonight. The first image is of the Pavilion building. The governor, state treasurer and attorney general have their offices in it. The second image is how high the water got on State St. looks like it was 5’-6’ above street level. The last picture is the inside of the Aubuchon Hardware store. Completely gutted.
  15. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a whiner. You aren’t in a drought, your lawn isn’t “crispy”. You’ll be able to turn on the faucet and drink a glass of water in the morning.
  16. Probably the most overrated piece of furniture ever.
  17. .69 here since yesterday. There seems to have been more thunder this year than I have ever heard. If it rains, its a thunderstorm.
  18. I like him. He seems pretty knowledgeable and is pretty smooth on air. That Flick of Seagulls hairdo is something else though.
