    I don't know how to respond to this without sounding like I'm saying this winter has been good, it hasn't. But you should at least tell truth. January was pretty active and my last snowfall was on January 28th. January was a torch but it managed to snow. Again, I'm not trying to dispute that winter has not been good but please get your info straight.

    I'm sitting at 60", which is decent but as we know, it doesn't matter if it melts and snows again. I need some semblance of cold and retention. I think our club has groomed twice. There was some riding up until Thursday or Friday of last week. Its really limited now. I think there is some that could still be salvaged but we need more than an inch or two from a couple of clippers.

    I don’t care about the back and forth between SNE posters or jackpotting or even getting advisory level snows. I would, however, like a couple of inches like this shows just to reestablish a wintry vibe. There is no denying that it’s been an out and out torch but I’ve been surprised how resilient the snowpack has been here in my immediate area. It would be nice to pretty it up a bit.

    I can't speak for Jay but the Stowe report can almost entirely be attributed to @powderfreak. His dedication to having an accurate accounting is key. He pretty much documented the development of his system on this board.
