    The drive never really bothered me. As for big drop offs and such, I never really considered that I was afraid of heights until I went out to the Grand Canyon Skywalk a couple of years ago. That freaked me out a bit.

    I've done that twice, I think. We took the Cog Railroad up last year. It was expensive but fun. I think it was $63 each.

    I am so uncoordinated that I could never get the shifting with your foot thing down. I always want to look down when I try to shift. Not conducive to safe riding.

    The NEK is the only place you can hunt moose in VT this year.

    That’s still 2 weeks later than Pete’s magical glen in western Mass.

    No elevation limit but the permits are for specific Wildlife Management Units (WMU). With the decline in moose population they have drastically reduced the number of permits issued. I think just about all of them are in The NEK but I’m not absolutely positive about that.

    When we had gutters installed a couple of years we had the gutter toppers installed so we don't have any issues with leaves and debris getting in them.

    I was in Death Valley 2 years ago last week. 119f was all we could manage

    That’s one of the reasons the State and town road crews try to reduce salt usage on roads. It damages vegetation including trees.

    Watching the US Am from Bandon Dunes in Oregon. What a beautiful course. Closest thing to true links golf in America. I love links courses and this one I beautiful.
