    Awesome or a big letdown. I'm leaning toward the latter. Going to be tough to get that Coastal going in time for us. Most likely get a few hours of wind-driven light snow on the backside after she blows up north of our latitude. We actually may be in that no snow screw Zone. Time will tell. No big deal either way. One thing is a guarantee is that wind will be fierce.

    We on the immediate coast still in the game, for now. Eastern Hampton Roads, Northern OBX may see a few inches. Expectations are low, as they should be down this way.

    It all depends where you go and what kind of vehicle you're in. If you have an elevated four by four truck you can pretty much conquer anything. But if you only have 3 days I wouldn't go any further then a hundred miles or so.

    Not necessarily. If anything it may go further east. Goal posts are narrowing. When you need the West trend inside three days there's time but with no blocking its doubtful. Hope I'm wrong.

    Agree completely with this. Rodgers play was not the blame for the loss but just one of several contributing factors. After that first drive they only scored 3 points. That's hard to figure. He never made any great plays to win the game. And the issue is that he has done this before. Year after year now. It's surprising to me actually. I don't care about the man personally or otherwise but on the field he's great almost every time until he's not, which is when it counts most.

    My snow shovel is in my storage unit in Chesapeake off Battlefield. I have no shovel. I was going to pick it up this morning after I took my dog to the vet but they canceled on me so I had no reason to get on the road. 27.2. Snow/fog. Lots of inches.

    This is normal. Had that syndrome when I was a kid. It passes. But a little bit of it lingers.

    It's ripping. Getting really windy. Very impressive storm for this section of NC. Not going out to measure. Heavies should be here till about 3am.

    We got off to a good start with that pre-game 15 mile wide band this afternoon and only a lull or two since. It's getting better.

    Lots of drifting. Winds are strong. Just had a 37 mph gust.

    This is an impressive storm. No matter what latitude. Impressive that it is cold smoke on the Atlantic coast as far south as North Carolina. About 4 inches so far Currituck. 27.4

    I'm down by the Government center on the Sound. Flakes size ok. Steady light snow to occasionally moderate. So much blowing around over here it's hard to get a very good measurement.

    It's been good but it's just about to get really good! I measured 3 inches at 9:30.

    Yes. It's exploding, unfortunately. Left NOVA for a slower existence. Probably leaving here in 5-7 years. But it's still great living.
