Flurries earlier....2 days in a row, wet flakes after midnight will make three in a row, regardless of accumulations is not too shabby for mid to late April in death valley
88-89 worst I ever experienced snow wise with about a foot total, 6 inches of which came as a surprise Norlun event in early December...there was some serious cold at times however
Pretty wintry week overall. 3 inches of snow almost a week ago and still full coverage 1 to 2 inches...a few 0-10 degree mornings and windy 20s afternoons.....22 coverage days so far this season, at least down this way isn't terrible
I agree with ctvalley the 2.9 might be a bit low in this area although downtown would not surprise me....4 to 5 will do it
the upslope is astonishing and the retention once above 800-1k this time of year too
