  1. Just looked back on cams with volume up started at 1:45 was never pure snow here just sleet.
  2. Looks like 1-2” of snow and sleet but that’s it for snow.
  3. Sleet storm of 2022 incoming!!!! Let's get our map to verify and move on! I'd also love 7.4" of snow and sleet to get me to 40" but that's about a 1 in 10 chance right now, yes I'm saying there's a chance.
  4. 10:1 isn’t accurate with sleet on the edge. It’s counting sleet as snow. Kuchera is more reasonable (less snow)
  5. Lol jets fan here too, nam tickled warmer down here.. weird to see 3km nam and hrrr this different 12 hours before go time
  6. There's more we have hrrr downloaded too.. It's like 2-4" shore 4-8" inland with 10" extreme north at bdl..
  7. Sure here you go... since I’m lying right? @The 4 Seasons and I going through Bufkit and confirming our thoughts that the vendor maps are way overdone on maps like HRRR. much less snow on bufkit than the weenie maps are showing.. gfs right now only snowy model for southern half of CT.
  8. yes much warmer than the torch at 6z here .. Kuchera and snow depth maps are 0-3" most of southern ct, 3-6" northern half, 1-3" of snow and sleet then ice storm for me and you..
  9. Funny I was coming up with a new map in my head, the HREF is exactly what I'm thinking..
  10. Ya I'm really not too confident I'm leaning lower end of range like you said for SWCT portion of state. Like Will said its initially sleet cools quick turns to snow but then warm air moves back in super in quick, hrrr and gfs keep on fighting it off, but it really waffles back and forth it seems with dynamical cooling.. We could be on the good side or the bad side of the gradient, every mile north and east will matter.
  11. GFS is still solid for you verbatim several inches of snow and sleet.
  12. Ya couple tics north, still one of the coldest models for down here with the HRRR...
  13. After newest info I like Uptons map for us. Having a conference with the guys at 1pm to make our final call.
  14. I'll continue this privately before Will kicks us both out.
  15. Not letting it go with the continued low blows dude, maybe not attack someone’s character how about that I’m not like other posters on here that just let it go. You called out my character for posting what a run showed, don’t do that again.
  16. Posting results of models isn’t melting! Sorry hurting your weenie snow feelings sounds like a melt. Maybe take some psychology classes.
  17. The snow depth change seems to take sleet into account better for southern areas, but seems a bit low up north.
  18. You have no idea who I am, I’m the least nervous person there is. Seems like you use others as an excuse to express your own feelings. I simply stated what the models showed. Get over it I don’t care what silly snow maps show I’ve said this many times that I think the Kuchera will be more accurate down here with lower totals as sleet will move in quicker and 10:1 maps are definitely including sleet. I have three businesses that I have to make forecasts for and make calls based on hours of studying the information available not hoping for the most snow in my backyard.
  19. It’s changing after 12z.. not all over the map we never changed our call. Stayed the course the entire time how is that all over. Proof is in what we post on social and to our clients do we discuss different model runs, yes that’s what the forum is for. Keep in mind 90% of our clients and followers are in SWCT .
