    There’s a bunch of wild survival videos on X, people screaming from the hills to people down below to run and they realize just in time and sprint to safety .

    The heaviest extends well south of Long Island. The only way you don’t get poured on is if the line does a 7-10 split over you which I could see 1 in 3 chance that happens

    BDR east along 95 will see some flash flooding , a surprise inch here this morning, hopefully it holds together to get the drought stricken areas from Tolland to Taunton and Weymouth Mass.

    As of now looks like ground zero is just south of the south coast. HRRR has 4-6” on Long Island this evening.

    Don’t want to clog the main thread with these obs but the radar is lit up for the metro, should be a wild evening.

    Upgraded WPC outlook looking like southern CT will see a good 2-4” soaking tonight.

    It jumped south overnight , now jumping back north run by run . Looking at radar I bet we get a period of heavy rain into southern CT.
