First winter in a long time when my area has went below zero multiple times and in separate months and one time -7. Ill take that over 50 degree temps any year.
-
Are we looking at some rain come Friday still?
-
1.32"
-
Looks good to me! Keep it up above route 80
-
Sun popped out a bit more here and temps went from 74 to 78
-
Not much sun here at all and yesterday it was out for maybe 2 hours with lots of clouds around.
-
It has been a pretty crappy month for my solar, but last month was near an all-time high month, so I guess it evened out.
-
Unfortunately. At least Sunday looks good. Hoping a week from today is dry, my girls have prom and want nice weather.
-
Flood Watch was issued earlier. I see some areas are now slightly below normal for the month after this cool rainy period.

Down to -0.6 for the month after a pretty ++ start -
I've seen some red thread as well. Annoying.

Weeds are popping everywhere. Lots of work to do on Sunday.
-
.58" here so far

I think i saw 85% were, but depends on the source. Some say 50% human, 50% lightning/other. I guess cc causes more lightning further north igniting the dry forests
-
Maybe people can stop causing the vast majority of the fires too, just a thought. In nj, 97% of the fires are caused by people. That's from a nws met.

This isn't an airplane version of gilligan's island

Yeah no, I'll continue to fly because I don't like wasting vacation days driving to places I want to go. If you can figure out a way to get me 100s and 1000s of miles in a few hours, I'll switch.
-
It was joke, but no one here can take it when the temp actually lines up with other spots for 95% of the calendar days. Too easy.
-
The trees work only on 90 degree days, other days the site it fine

Breaking 100+ year old cold records, I thought it was impossible. Shocked there were no posts about it from all the stat geeks here (not really). Almost the same here, 1.56"
-
Yup, 51 today. Old record was 54 back from 1894. Thanks @uncle W for sharing that. 52 at Trenton broke record as well, was 55 set in 1909. Philly's 56 was good for 2nd place, it was 53 also in 1909.
-
Record low max today for NYC? Looks like the record is 54 for today
-
My high for the year has been 85.6

Thanks! So it has gotten cold a few times, just not top 10, but top 30 is still in the top 15% or so. I know warmth has had many months, but was just wondering as the post makes it sound like it never has gotten cold the past decade.
