  1. Thanks. I grew up there and moved away only 9 years ago. Im still there often.
  2. Im heading to piscataway now. Ill see if I can feel the 2° difference lol
  3. Tons of AI models around now. I had no idea the Canadian had them too
  4. It was a joke because Sundog can't handle it lol. Plenty of personal stations though were 82, but we throw those out.
  5. Beautiful day. 84, Sun, and pool. Trenton is usually hot, so it being 1 degree warmer than nyc, who cares? Plenty of stations all around today were 82.
  6. Half inch of rain in like 10 min, down to drizzle now
  7. Weak storm rolled through. 1 thunder, 26 mph gust, .07". Temp went from 92 to 72 though
  8. Main reason why met seasons don't line up as well here than actual seasons. Thermal lag.
  9. You hit 90? The warmest ambient station that I see in our area is 87 (I'm discounting the 93 as that can't be correct).
  10. No different than long range cold in winter, except many more posters in here go 6 to 12 when they see heat.
  11. Wow, nyc has trees around its station, never heard this mentioned before.
  12. Yeah, that is why I was confused a bit. I never noticed that either.
  13. 2 days, as it has lower 70s on Friday, then back to 90s for 2 days
  14. It's on Pivotal, Euro-AIFS. Is that the Euro AI? It has 70s on its 06z run, but I'm not sure if that is the AI model?
  15. Euro Ai hot M-W, then 70s by Thurs?
  16. Pretty sure my power never went out because of heat, storms yes, that's why I got a generac. Can't have my basement flood again.
  17. Agree. 94 or 100, zero difference, just like -5 or 0.
  18. Last year the Euro a few times showed all-time record highs (109) for Philly in mid-long range, only for Philly never to reach 100, so I'll hang my hat on that until it gets to day 3, then I'll believe it much more
  19. We typically don't start getting sustained warmth until mid late June. We typically don't get sustained cold until mid late December. We typically don't get sustained cooler/crisp weather until late Sept early Oct. We typically don't get sustained warmer days until late March/early April. Snow chances drop dramatically around March 20, 90 degree days are few after Sept 20....
  20. Agree. Other places not so much, but in the tri state we match up better with astronomical seasons overall.
