  1. trying to decide if i should replace my davis humidity/temp sensor for $50 or spring for new outdoor ISS, anemometer, rain gauge, FARS. The ISS was replaced in 2011. Replaced the rain reed switch last year. The console, which is fine is from 2005, as is rain bucket and anemometer, but the bucket is pretty beat up and brittle. I added FARS about 3yrs ago, but it's never run right and the fan hits the inner shroud, preventing it from spinning.

  13. i'm no engineer, but why would exposed steel on the decks cause the whole bldg to go down? Would it be like rotten wood where what you see visibly is only the "tip of the iceberg"

  18. To add insult to injury, that line last night around 1am completely dried up. not a drop and it looked promising .
