I was wondering about this too, since some people were saying there would not be capacity restrictions again. How's that going to work for restaurants as you say. If they are mandated for restaurants again, then it seems you'd have to reduce capacity, otherwise what 's the point. More stupidity and 'follow the science" bs.

The media and our own agencies are well aware of the benefits of exercise but purposely withhold any dissemination of this information. It's boderline criminal, but apparently goes unchallenged in our society. A recent 540,000 covid patient retrospective analysis indicated obesity was the top contributing factor in severe cases. This has been well known since the beginning, but let's force people of all ages and health to get jabbed.

Our own CDC does not want to talk about it. Only vaccine immunity.

what's the best treatment for spotted spurge as it's very prevalent this season. As our lawn continues to slowly improve from prior grub damage, the bare spots have been taken over by the spurge. I've tried a couple different weed killers that claim they are effective, but saw little to no killing. Apparently, unless you get them when they are young, they're much harder to kill; similar to crabgrass. Pulling them out is futile. I may just wait till next Spring then use a pre-emergent, but can't stand the look of them.

Some MD on news this morning saying casedemic levels by labor day will be higher than Jan 2021. I should have known better then to put the news on, so quickly flipped to something else.

So CDC is basically saying the R0 is greater than pox virus now. If so, you'd thinks mask mandates and closures wouldn't be far behind and covid will spread like wild fire. But, if they are only recommending masks for certain age groups, seems like they might be acknowledging delta is less severe, just more contagious. Why aren't we looking at places like India and UK as far as the delta surge (I hate the word surge) is concerned, where in those countries they had a spike for ~4-6 wks, then it caved. We're acting is if this is going to be a long protracted increase in cases, regardless of what the hospitalizations/deaths look like. It's just crazy how quick policies and such are changing.
