Jeez, terrible news. I got a kick out of his 'we're gonna get a blizzard(s)" posts this past winter, then someone replying "Ain't gonna happen james". RIP
Worst "lawn" cutting experience of my life. I had let it grow to about 2' to keep the weeds at bay, but it's so dry I was covered with dirt, dust and pollen. Recent seeding not doing well. Turning off sprinklers. Fawk it. .
It just sucks though as he only had arthritis in his hind leg but went down hill rapidly over last two weeks. Of course he had other issues like chronic sinusitis that required two different drugs plus hyperthyroid which is pretty common in older cats. He was chasing chipmunks couple weeks ago and we think he further injured himself. He was dragging his leg around for the last week. Tried some other drugs for the pain but didn't seem to have any effect. The sister from the same litter we still have and is also 17 is still doing well. We also have one other around 10yo, but neither have the loving personality that Kevin had .
Looks like my cellphone that sat in the lake for 24hrs might be toast. After a couple different attempts (dessicant) to rid the moisture, there is still some in there. I am going to put in the vacuum jar overnight with desiccant and see if it helps. I've only tried using usb cable to computer to see if it's recognized and plugging into wall. Nada.
Are we going to Stein our way all the way to Sept? Other than convection which seems rare nowadays in my hood, what synoptic stuff if any do we have to look forward to in the next 10d?
yeah, I was pointing this out recently. We're some kind of outlier, although I heard that maine cdc labs is using a PCR Ct = 45. Whittonsville will cringe at that.
