  1. What a clueless, bald, Irish prick, up to 2.01” and light rain still falling.
  2. I’m at 1.92” hoping to get to 2” but it’s doubtful
  3. The radar is a bit deceiving around here as one wouldn't expect the steady precip falling based on the radar returns.
  4. The 1.84" I have now is the most I've seen since 4/6-4/9/22 when I picked up exactly 3.00", which Bx won't believe but the numbers don't lie LOL
  5. Good morning Rich, is this your sophisticated instrument?
  6. .26 so far here which is nice because it’s softened up the ground at least somewhat.
  7. On the way back from Brewfest I snapped this at the old Dutchess Mall in Fishkill. Looks like we finally get a decent soaking but it’s too late for these trees
  8. Good morning Rich, thank you and same to you. The second half of the weekend should be peaceful, the first half not so much. Finally returning to Mount Snow for a guys weekend at their Brewfest tomorrow, heading up in about hour. So the next 48-52 hours won’t peaceful necessarily but certainly enjoyable!
  9. Well it’s The King sounds gotta be right, no?
  10. I read someplace that the more exotic a bird you sacrifice the more rainfall you’ll get.

  12. Right you are, in recent times its more than 2017, 2012, 2011. Look at some of those burn seasons in the past... https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/42438.html

  14. .55” total last night, that’s the most rain I’ve had in an event since 6/9 when I picked up 1.24”. So this goes down as the driest summer since I moved in here in 2005.
  15. I read on their Facebook page that even the Thruway Authority deployed one of their bulldozers to help build the fire line. I’m assuming that the rains last night were a huge help.
