    After a low of 54, made it to 93 for a high, so close to another 40 degree swing. Sitting at 90 now.

    I had a 43 degree swing on Monday, 27-70. It's been an impressive week up here.

    Up to 82 here with smoke in the air from one, or both, of the major brush fires to my west.

    Only a 40 degree swing for me yesterday 36/76. After a low of 59 this morning, already up to 63.

    As is all of CT, RI and most of MA. 52/27 at home currently, 'tis the season. Looking ahead it seems rather clear the FD's are going to be busy over the next week at least.

    That's how I feel about the '13-'14 winter, didn't get to appreciate it as much as I should've due to personal things going on at that time. It happens.

    Many years ago now I worked at the county nursing home off of Quarry Road and there were some interesting "dust storms" from the black dirt. Nothing like out west but enough to reduce visibility and leave the car covered in dirt.

    After a low of 23 made it to 64 for the high. Terrific.

    KMGJ did gust to 49 during one of the windier bursts when the showers were working through.

    You had that much rain...AND thunder?!! Had a couple periods of gusty winds that over-performed in comparison to its radar presentation
