  1. Hi Rich, agreed on the Cottonwood. A neighbors house had those when I was growing up and out yard would be covered, sometimes, we'd have to sweep the deck as if it was a dusting of snow. Made it down to 43 for the low.
  2. Some how the green beans and peas my wife had planted real early survived the low of 30 a couple weeks ago. Granted the beans took a hit but they are still alive. 36 for the low this morning, up to 56 now.
  3. 6.21" for April, the wettest one since 2007 IMBY
  4. The Wallkill is the highest it’s been in over a year
  5. 1.03" over the past 24 hours, up to 4.55" for the month.
  6. Lots of government buildings, churches, and lawyers offices.
  7. It only lasted a few minutes. One of the guys I was walking with even asked if it hurt my head more LOL. Must've been sleet as opposed to hail mixed in with the rain shower I would guess.
  8. My bald head was pelted with ice as I was walking down Main Street in Goshen about 30 mins ago.
  9. The one Saturday had a path of close to 10 miles too
  10. Yeah, I forgot to mention that too, its only for that type of grub. I've used milky spore in the past (not 2-3 years in a row) and didn't understand why I would still get grubs...
  11. A path of nearly 10 miles is also impressive.
  12. I just read over the weekend that it can take 2-3 years of applications to really take hold.
  13. My Water Year average to date is: 23.17" My actual rainfall over that same period is: 24.75"
  14. It was an EF2 https://nwschat.weather.gov/p.php?pid=202304240213-KBGM-NOUS41-PNSBGM
  15. 2.26" here including another shower just before dinner time last night.
  16. 1.78" as light rain continues 54/52.
  17. Just saw a report of people who were trapped in a house.
  18. That looked decent on radar for a bit
  19. It's missing me by a couple miles. Plenty of loud claps of thunder though. 0.00 so far.
  20. Thank you for your service, Sir. A couple weeks ago we came home to a lot of smoke in the park here back by my house, that gets the blood flowing! Turned out there was a large brush fire right on the other side of the river with the wind blowing smoke right at us. That smoke was the more traditional brush fire smoke, not the thick black stuff you saw down there yesterday.
  21. @BxEngineI hope that big brush fire isn't near you or yours. I just watched some video, my guess is a train caused that one
