    My stone driveway is still a sheet of ice, it's become more evident as the air gets underneath it. The paved areas, decks, cars are free and clear of ice. Up to 36 with .27" thru the tipper.

    I had a trace here early this morning, up to 34 now, with 2.5" at the snow stake but my solid snow cover is starting to show some holes in it as it becomes slushy.

    Maybe down there. I was above freezing for less than 6 hours, back below freezing here at 6:30pm Christmas Eve.

    13.5” here, just need .28” of liquid to get to normal for December…so this month looks to another above normal precipitation month after the two month blip in Sept and Oct.

    This post didn't age well, I'm 1.2" above normal for the entire month of December at this point.

    Melted down to .09 making for a 14:1 ratio, easy clean up.

    1.3" on the board, 4" at the stake. Cloudy with an occasional flurry, 23/20. This puts Nov and Dec snowfall above average IMBY.

    Snowing, 22/18. I have not measured yet but the cars are all covered.

    It's been snowing for a while 22/18. I just looked at the traffic layer on google maps and traffic is moving slower than normal on the roads.

    Not sure. I would donate to a trip where you take home to Lake Placid so he can see a winter wonderland. 17/11 here at the moment, good numbers.

    And you think those people will know where Orange County is? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again now, I’m amazed at how poor some weather weenies are at geography, and all the answers are at their fingertips nowadays. I always figured geography and weather go hand in hand but I digress. Been sitting at -4 for a while now and the sun has popped up over the hill to my east so that should do it for my low today. I was at 1 at midnight so only one day below zero for me.

    There's temps colder than that in Orange County. I assume that's the temp at your house, I am also at -3 but not sure if that will be the low yet or not. It's -4 at KMGJ and the Warwick Mesonet is -6 currently.

    Similar ratio here, 3.3" melted down to .22" of liquid giving me 15:1.

    Besides the time of year, what I'm really enjoying with this snowfall is that there is cold air streaming in behind the storm. It seems like most of our snowfalls these days come with warmer temps on its heels.
