Who could forget! I was living in Philly as a junior in HS-woke up to overcast but no snow....it was delayed they said...we all know what that means...
Probably somewhat of a hang over of the 3 yr Nina...hopefully we see a change as we head deeper into winter...even a 15-16 type winter (3 weeks of winter) would work after last year's ratter.
Nice. Almost 2 yrs since my trip there-would love to go back some day-the time change was brutal combined with the winter darkness-my brain had no idea when it was time to be awake...
Problem with that is that there is too little sunlight hours/strength of sun this time of year-so while the growing season might be extended, the plants tend to stop flowering or just look sad waiting for a "mercy kill" from a frost/freeze...
