    I've never understood it honestly. (The food hoarding) We did get 30 inches here in 2013 and roads were plowed within 24 hrs.

    In 72-73 PHL had a trace of snow for the winter so if it has, I would bet it's in that time frame. No other year other than last year recorded less than an inch. (.3 last year)

    the 2 inch amts were over done. You don't need a big bomb to get 12 inches of snow-PD storm in 2003 was actually weak and many got 18 inches
