  1. I was super snappy one day and decided to binge watch the Terminator movies. Never felt better afterwards! I kid!
  2. 49.5 degrees and 0.54” of rain. So far. We grill this afternoon.
  3. Sounds like we could see the rarest of rare back to back to BACK storms during that stretch. Fingers crossed.
  4. Yeah, but early birds of a feather flock together so it is what is and what should never be.
  5. I do enjoy these mashed up sayings you come up with. Bringing the gift horse to water was another classic
  6. Looks like possibly a young Charlie Sheen there in the lower left.
  7. Nice! Westfield was a decent ride for us but we would make the trek for the state races. I actually won a Columbia BMX bike there in like 86-87 that I still have. I believe they were manufactured down in that area. I remember racing during a rained out weekend there one year. Not fun on 1-1/4” tires! 33 and drizzle here this morning. I’m largely indifferent to most weather but 33 degree rain is essentially the top of the list for most disliked.
  8. There was a BMX track in the same location as a motorcycle track in Southwick, MA. For a somewhat weather related aspect, the BMX track was dry and sandy like beach sand and when we went to try and screw around on the motorcycle track, it was soft, deep and somewhat muddy. That track was also comparatively huge in relation. We were already breaking bones on BMX bikes so mom and dad were none to keen on jumping up to motorcycles
  9. ELF, Profile and Phase II (titanium, similar to Titan brand)
  10. The 80’s definitely struggled for snowy weather but what a blast to spend your teen years! Some of you here are around my age - did anyone race BMX around New England during the 80’s heydays? There were a ton of tracks in MA and I probably raced at all of them or at least all the NBL sanctioned ones. Met a lot of fun, like-minded kids during those years. Good times.
  11. Sorry to hear that for sure. Did that one year at Sunday River myself. Sucked. Simply nothing to do. I went out one day in the pouring rain for a couple runs and called it. Terrible. Hope it turns around for you or there’s a silver lining somewhere.
  12. Free delivery to the NH seacoast, yes?
  13. M = ? Moderate, middling, mild, massive, meaningful, merciless, masturbatory?
  14. Merry Christmas Everyone! What’d I miss?
  15. A festive coating that may or may not last but definitely adds to the Christmas Eve enjoyment.
  16. If I’m ever feeling stressed from work, I just jump on here for a couple minutes and realize I’m good, life is excellent and I’ve got nothing to worry about! Then, with that big smile on my face and feeling of contentment, I carry on with my day enjoying each minute that ticks by.
  17. Helpful and easy to understand explanations from you both. I actually have seen that before and know what you mean. I'm not sure if I've noticeably witnessed it in real-time but am thinking I likely have seeing flakes land on my gloved hand and breaking up before. Please pardon my fuzzy memory, it's been a few years since we've gotten a meaningful storm here
  18. 26.1, Blue skies and snowless grass down here. I hear DAW is mid-sixties and beautiful today.
  19. This is actually observable? Curious if it can be seen with the naked eye or if it is viewed via film or high speed camera? I can't say if I've actually looked for this or seen it at any point over the years or not, but it's interesting to consider this happens.
