  1. Idk about Wakefield but Dover was down. Think it still is
  2. I saw that earlier. He’s really turned into such a clown. Use to respect him. Zero respect now
  3. Happy Friday y’all...first time drinking a beer INSIDE a bar since Covid. Drinking a Black Flag Vanilla porter at Das Bierhalle in Parkville MD
  4. My best guess on pronunciation is something like eye-zay-haas. Or something of that sort
  5. I’m back on the drinking horse to some degree. Nothing today because of work but heading to the local craft beer bar for happy hour tomorrow for a couple. Letting all my high gravity stouts age until cooler weather
  6. That should make things interesting if it’s not fixed by early next week lol
  7. Yeah I hear ya. At this point I doubt we’ll be going in October but we have a couple more months to let things play out. But it’s hard to envision a scenario where things get much better heading into fall.
  8. Supposed to go to Florida in October. Obviously doesn’t look good right now but I have the advantage of being able to wait as my family has a time share down there so it’s not like a hotel booking or anything. Just watching and waiting.
  9. This one hits hard. Full Tilt brewing made a post about it, I said we need a brew in honor of Mo. we can call it “infectious laugh”. Proceeds go to battling cancer.
  10. Even with drinking a 12% imperial stout called swamp stacks? Lol
  11. I’m gonna try but I love beer and I tend to drink the crazy high calorie stuff. I might have to do it again in a month or 2 lol
  12. 30 days no alcohol. I did the clean eats thing too though and kinda still doing that for the most part. I lost 20 pounds. 213 down to 193 in basically 4 weeks.
  13. First time watching a baseball game in the home bar in 9 months. Drinking a RAR Blueberry cheesecake ice cream beer.
  14. Seems to be some shear today. Some good wind gusts up in Timonium, actually makes it feel bearable out here
  15. Yeah I mean I think the only way I would have gotten it is if my nephews contracted it thru people conversing with them and then them giving it to me but. I think I’ll be fine but I’ll monitor for symptoms closely.
  16. Yeah my parents live down the ocean, my girlfriend and I went down because it was my dads birthday, so no worries about where we stayed unless my parents or sister and her kids have the virus but don’t as far as we’re all aware. The restaurants we went to (Coconuts and De Lazy Lizard) certainly seemed to be doing their best to follow procedures but coconuts especially was pretty crowded so you can’t really control the people just standing around and trying to come up to other people etc. We had no problem social distancing on the beach for the most part even though it was especially crowded where we go (once again coconuts on 37th st). It is what it is, we did our best. If any of us come down with any symptoms we’ll do what we have to do.
  17. Was in Ocean City this past weekend. Definitely crowded and there’s certainly concern about people not being cautious enough to avoid catching and spreading Covid. We did all we could within reason-try to social distance ourselves, avoid the absolute busiest places and mask up and sanitize as much as possible but some people just don’t care. We had my 5 year old twin nephews with us and everybody just wanted to play with them and slap their hands when they dance to music and bands playing and what not. Sucks but it is what it is. Back home now and back to mainly staying in the house outside of work so hopefully didn’t snag the Rona over the weekend.
  18. Yeah I didn’t see that rapid development coming. Looks like they maybe can resume around 930-945 though perhaps. Still weak sauce for most of us lol
  19. Storms falling apart a bit. Definitely a meh night on the storm scale tonight. It’s clouded up real good around Baltimore but still nothing close to imminent
  20. It’s a little close but looks like Nats Park should remain clear for the game
  21. It does seem to typically run higher than surrounding areas, but it is close to the bay so maybe. It definitely sucks right now even with the sun currently hidden by cloud cover.
  22. I don’t know how accurate but Martin St airport in East Baltimore county is reporting a dew point of 81 making for a heat index of 106 on a 88 temp. It does feel more soupy out over the last hour or so
  23. Yeah that’s really all that’s out there that might be a good show. Not moving too fast. If it gets to my neck of the woods I guess it wouldn’t be until after 8pm. We’ll see
  24. Looks like weak sauce out there to me...not sure what the dirty talk is all about
  25. Seems like CWG was a little too pessimistic about opening day tonight being postponed and concerning the masses. Idk things today don’t look too widespread to me and if it does get that way it seems like it may be later in the evening.
