Good point. Honestly I think the NBA and NHL should have just scrapped this year and start fresh for next season (hopefully). Baseball still has a shot to play half a season but it doesn’t make sense for the sports that were in progress. Just my opinion

Hopefully but if they plan to start in early July they better get it going. Need at least a 2-3 week “summer training”

Yeah, outside of like golf and nascar, seems like we’re still more than a month away from any major sport starting back up. No new news on baseball and it’s almost June. Not a good sign

Looks like generally 1-2” thru 00z Saturday. A few lucky folks might get around or a little over the 2”. My bet would be the western folks from Winchester to Frederick but we’ll see

Shouldn’t it be relatively warm still even with showers thru Saturday? The cool down starts Sunday I was under the impression. Doesn’t look like it’s gonna b constant rain, at least here anyway. The worst of it to me looks like late Friday into 18z Saturday

After sitting outside here for a half hour it’s actually a little more humid than desired and kinda hot already lol.

Left the house in Dundalk at 830, was foggy, cloudy and a little misty but once I got to about Parkville on 695, the sun popped and it’s been sunny here in Timonium area since I got to the park here at 9am. Great day to park watch and make sure nobody breaks any rules!

Yeah I think people were getting nervous with all the clouds this morning but knew it would clear. Started to really get better around 1230 down at the harbor.

Not warm enough for the pool or beach but certainly very comfortable for a walk around the harbor promenade in Canton and a stop for tacos and drinks at Bo Brooks Tiki bar

Beautiful day at the park today. Sure a little more humid then desired, but the light breeze mostly offset that. The park wasn’t as crowded as I anticipated it would be but kicking people off our turf field is getting tiring.

Working at the park today should be interesting. Wish me luck. Hopefully no city turds come up falls rd to rock out at the park and the pavilions.

It’s not a strong bourbon flavor, typically you don’t necessarily taste bourbon in the beer, it just makes the beer more boozy and gives it that barrel aged smell. I’m not a huge whiskey guy, Occasional old fashioned and manhattans but I’m def not a bourbon snob

Cracked open the peanut butter bourbon cereal killer stout from Independent Brewing co in Bel Air. It’s good, but more bitter than I would have envisioned and also on the boozy side for only being 6.8%. I guess that’s the bourbon flavors popping. Would get again, but it’s not on my top level tier of stouts

Just ordered me some of this to pick up later. Been waiting for someone to release a crazy stout that’s relatively local.

Have had a couple moderate downpours over the last couple hours. Don’t have a way to track the amount of rain but if I had to guess I’d say maybe around .5”

On to the darker stuff. We All Float, a root beer and vanilla float dessert beer from RAR at 9%. I’m not a root beer person, but I can still swing this

In fairness my palate may be a little off, my allergies have been kicking my butt this week

Was looking forward to this one, brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla and spices. Unfortunately it doesn’t live up. Certainly drinkable but not thick enough of a mouthfeel and I don’t taste the spices that would make it pie like. Basically just a cherry sour at 7.2%
